Never rec'd the item. When I contacted to see what the problem was, Later rec'd response (after Christmas)stating there was a problem with the shipping. They asked me if I still wanted the item...I said if they would discount it I would accept. They stated they would credit my account. WHERE is the CUSTOMER SERVICE??? I did not demand them to sell it for a specific % off......just wanted them to work with me. Did not happen at all.
